Please complete the Universal Credit Application located in your E-Commerce Connect Onboarding Member Portal. Once completed, submit your application along with any required tax withholding certificates directly to the supplier's point of contact listed above.
Upon approval, you will be granted access to dropship plants from Willoway Nurseries through your Shopify or WooCommerce platform via the E-Commerce Connect integration.
Account SetUp
With retailers across the country, we fulfill dropship orders Monday through Friday. Orders are confirmed within 24 hours of receipt in our system, with an estimated shipping window of 5 – 7 business days. Shipping is already factored into the landed cost, providing clear and upfront pricing.
At this time, we are unable to ship to the following states due to regulations: Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, and Montana.

If a customer requests a cancellation after placing and paying for an order, please contact the supplier’s point of contact directly to confirm the order status.
Orders are processed daily, and once an order has been processed for shipping or has shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
All credits and refunds from dropship suppliers are subject to the terms established during the credit setup process. Any credits or refunds are issued to the retailer only, and it is the retailer’s responsibility to reconcile directly with their customer.
