We establish terms with retailers in the E-Commerce Connect Program using a credit card on file. During onboarding, you will be guided through the process of setting up your account for dropshipping.

Upon approval, you will be granted access to dropship garden products by TDI Brands through your Shopify or WooCommerce platform via the E-Commerce Connect integration.
Account SetUp
With retailers across the country, we fulfill dropship orders Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 business days from order confirmation through the system.
We recommend you quote the customer 3 - 5 business days for shipping. Shipping is not factored into the landed cost of our products. Please add $10 for shipping and handling to our items listed in our dropship catalog. (This will be explained during onboarding training. We are the only supplier currently NOT including shipping costs in our "landed cost." We ship nationwide to all US States.

If a customer requests a cancellation after placing and paying for an order, please contact the supplier’s point of contact directly to confirm the order status.
Orders are processed daily, and once an order has been processed for shipping or has shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
All credits and refunds from dropship suppliers are subject to the terms established during the credit setup process. Any credits or refunds are issued to the retailer only, and it is the retailer’s responsibility to reconcile directly with their customer.
